thank you!!!
oh! should i apply early decision? Will a interview help also?

Hey tiffanyv6,

Looking at your stats, you rank and GPA are both very good, but - like you mentioned - your SATs are well below average for a Lehigh student. You want to aim for around a 1900 to a 2000, and then you’ll be fine.

Not taking APs hurts you only if you could have taken APs. Since your school doesn’t offer them, Lehigh won’t punish you in that regard.

Your extracurriculars are also impressive. You seem to be a very well-rounded student. Here’s the Class of 2015 profile so you can gauge yourself against the competition:

[Lehigh University: Undergraduate Admissions: Lehigh at a Glance: Class of 2015 Profile](http://www4.lehigh.edu/admissions/undergrad/glance/profile.aspx)

To answer your last two questions, interviews are optional but they certainly increase your chances since you’re showing additional interest, which is key. In addition, do not take Early Decision lightly. By applying ED, you agree to go to Lehigh if they accept you no matter what other offers you have. So make sure Lehigh is your top choice if you decide to go ED.

Best,

thank you. I was really worried before. I am still considering ed but i’ll make my final decision after i hopefully visit it. I hear that you are not bound to the ed contract if it is way out of your financial reaches, but I will recheck the rules. Thank you so much!
