Please chance me!!!

CHANCE ME FOR USC!!!!
My cumulative GPA (9-12) is 3.72 (predicting that I will get straight A's in my senior year first semester because only 1 AP and 2 honors)

I have taken 2 Ap's and 3 Honors. But I got a C in chem AP in second semester
(This class is 2nd hardest class in my school, and my school is in top 100 public in the US)

My ACT is 32
Korean:800
Chem 730
Math: 800

Extra Curricular Activities:
-Ping pong tutor 4 hours a week (9,10,11,12)
-Student gov't Treasurer(11,12)
-FBLA officer (9,10,11,12)
-Established a community service club (KIVA) at school, president (11,12)
-Led a recycling system change in my area with city council 3 hours a day (11,12)
-Took care of my siblings because both my parents work full time(21 hours a week)

I have started writing an essay, and USC alumni say it looks really good, and
my teachers are writing good rec letters, about how I started from a shy ELD kid to a hard working student.

I am also going to explain about why I got a C in chemistry AP...

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

and i am took a class at community college and got an A if that helps :3

You look like a typical on-the-edge applicant. Maybe find some way to distinguish yourself and that will give you the little push you need. I was accepted this year with a 2180 SAT (equivalent of your 32) and a 4.0 UW, and I considered myself on the edge as well. I had no subject tests, so you have an edge there, but I had 9 community college classes completed with only As. However, if you write a great essay I think you should feel really confident about your chances. USC is tricky because of the large number of legacies they accept. Good luck.

So USC looks at your GPA from 9-12 first semester, is it correct??
