<p>I applied to Rutgers in Mid-October and still recieved NO Reply. "In Progress" which is bothering me a lot. </p>

Rutgers business: Reach
Rutgers Newark SAS: Safety (in-staters with that kind of file can get into any Rutgers campus SAS EA)</p>
