You have a downward trend which will not look good to admissions and for the UC’s your 10-11 grades are only used for the GPA. UCSB will more holisitic in the admission criteria.
UCSB/Pepperdine: Low Reach
USC: Reach
You need to look at more Match and Safety schools. UCR/UCM and possibly UCSC from the UC’s.
Concentrate on writing outstanding essays and use the SuperMatch feature on this site to give you more realistic choices. Good Luck</p>
