Please chance me!

So I'm getting ready to apply to Georgetown, it's my number #1 right now, here are my stats, what are my chances of getting in?

Weighted GPA: 4.4-4.5
Unweighted GPA: 3.7

SAT: 2000 (1st sitting) (670 R; 660 M; 670 W)
Subject tests: Math II 640
Biology 610
US History 510

-Varsity Lacrosse
-president of 1club, vp of another; both volunteering clubs (lots of hours)
-2 jobs (volleyball coach/barista)
-Female Youth Leader of the year (for my area)
-Academic All-American

AP tests are good but not great, 4's and 3's
mostly all AP classes, taking college math courses

I wanted to apply early action to GU but I wasn't sure because of my SAT II's and my SAT test, I wanted to retake them but I wouldn't have time to retake both, so would I be fine applying early action and just retake either my SAT or the subject test? Or should I wait until regular decision and retake both? Help!

Your EC’s look great, especially being President and VP of volunteering clubs. You could apply EA but you could get deferred with that SAT. I have a relative going to GTown this fall who was deferred EA who had UW GPA 4.15 and 2100 SAT who took all AP courses junior year at a very competitive HS and had tons of great EC’s. She re-took the SAT and did get in during the regular decision period. Write a great essay and that could help. GTown is a really hard school to get into, but don’t give up if you apply early and get deferred. Lots of people are deferred and rejected from GTown.
