Hello all, hope you're having a wonderful day!

I am currently applying to colleges in California, and I am finalizing a list with my essays pretty much all set.
Anyways, based on my stats, I would like to know all of your honest opinions on where I may be admitted.
GPA (unweighted): 3.49
GPA (weighted): 3.73
SAT (1st try): 1760, 620 CR, 550 M, 590 W
SAT (2nd try): 2000, 700 CR, 600 M, 700 W (i was shocked myself)
im debating taking the SAT again
I am taking 6 AP classes, and I should pass them all with either an A or B
ECs: Volunteer work with running Cross Country National Championships, volunteered to work with foster youth at beaches, have a total of 50 hours
I did football for one year
cross country and track for 2 years
I am in Mock Trial

I think my stats are solid for the low-tier UCs (UCSC, UCR, UCM)
I'm not a fan of parties so UCSB is a no-go
I believe that I can make a solid bid for a case at UCI and UCSD because I do have a notable hardship story to tell
I'm not going to waste my time with UCLA or UCB, and USC is my other choice.
So right now, my list is UCD, UCI, UCSD, USC, and UCSC

does this seem fair, i am just curious
thanks!

Since no one can read the mind of admissions when it comes to essays and based on your Stats:

UCSD/USC: Reach
UCD: Low Reach
UCI: High Match
UCSC: Match
UCR: Low Match

Your GPA is low for all the schools but within a reasonable range of UCSC. The rest of the schools had average GPA’s of 4.0+. Your SAT score is solid and your course rigor is good. UC’s are very GPA focused so I wish you the best of luck. Intended major will make a difference on your chances.

Your major would help but that being said:
UCSC: match
USC: reach
UCI: high match
UCD:low reach
UCSD: low-mid reach

UC’s are widly inconsistent and I have seen many qualified kids and unqualified kids make a multitude of schools. With that being said you are a decent candidate but your GPA is low so I would recommend you raising up your SAT score higher to compensate.
