Hi all just wanted some opinions on my chances at UR
GPA: 3.81
ACT: 31
Class Rank: Top 15%
Extracurricular activities include Math team, Social Justice Club, High School Hockey, National Honor Society, Volunteer(Relay for Life and a homeless shelter), intern at HarborOne bank, job at trampoline park etc.

I was considering EDII and wondering if that would make a big difference in my admission?
I also have 2 teacher recs and a counselor rec. Should I send them all?

I think you have a good chance of getting in! Richmond mentions on their site that “Historically, Richmond’s acceptance rate in Early Decision has been higher than regular decision” so if Richmond is your first choice, it is definitely worth considering applying EDII. And for what letters to send I believe on the common app, it will say how many letters Richmond will accept. Good luck!
I’m pretty sure Richmond will take 3 LOR at a max. I believe it says they recommend one from a GC, but they will also take up to 3, but due to how many they get, they will not be acknowledged individually. Also, I would only apply ED if you are confident you can pay the full tuition for 4 years, whether its taking out loans, etc. That was a big thing I had to discuss with my parents with the ED application process!
