Hey guys! I’m an American citizen living overseas and studying at an international school my entire life.

I have applied to the following universities (not including ones I already got accepted to)
1, Yale
2. University of notre dame
3. UVA
4. Davidson
5. Wake forest
6. UNC Chapel Hill
7. Emory

My ACT composite is 32
Two SAT IIs - 740 in lit and 700 in biology
I have taken two AP courses in my sophomore year and scored a 5 in APWH.

I have been taking IB and have a 36 predicted
HL Math
HL Chem
HL Bio
HL History
SL Literature
Ab initio Spanish
My GPA is 3.98 out of 4.00

I am Vice President of national honor society
I have won multiple championships in Europe with my varsity volleyball and basketball teams
I have a diploma from a Ukrainian piano school after 8 years of study
I helped organize Christmas concert auctions and a TEDx conference at the school
I have participated in all theatre productions my school has had to offer including assistant directing this years productions
I student coached the middle school girls basketball team

GPA is stellar, ECs look good as well the only thing holding you back is your test scores 32 while a great score is going to be around average for all these schools, and as you probably know these are all very competitive schools so chancing is really not worth much, but here’s my opinion.

Yale: Reject sorry ACT is going to hurt you for them
ND: the 32 puts you on the lower end of their 50% with that being said I think you will get in could go either way
UVA: I think you’ll get in but its tough OOS
Davidson: I think you’ll get in
Wake Forest: I think you’ll get
UNC-CH: tough to call cause again its so hard to get in OOS but you seem to have a good chance
Emory: I think you’ll get i

Overall you look like a great candidate for all, but that doesn’t mean your results will end up like the ones I suggested. Best of luck to you!
