Please chance me!

Hello everyone!

My SAT score is 1450( I plan on giving another SAT). My school does not have a GPA system, but rather, we take the average percentage of the highest scored subjects of a student. This is a list of my percentages-
9th grade- 78% (Major deflation)
10th grade- 94%
11th grade- 76%(Again, my school system is notorious for its score deflation)
12th grade- 95%(Predicted).

I write decently, and my essays have been pretty nice so far.

My list of ECs-
-A national level-scholar of a very prestigious government program. Only about 700 students(I live in India lol) are admitted into this scholarship program, and the selection is based on a 2-stage test.
-Was the state topper in English in a test organized by the University of New South Wales. Nationally, I was ranked 7th. I got high distinctions in math and science too.

  • I have won some national level MUNs, around 2-3, so that is a bit meh.
  • I love quizzing. I’ve been taking part in quizzes since the 5th grade. I have taken part in 45 quizzes, and I won 42 of them. (30 quizzes since the 9th grade and won all of them except 1) In the 3 I did not win, I was second or third. I have won 3 national level quizzes, consecutively for 2 years. One of the nationals was organized by one of my nations’ largest educational boards. It’s is highly prestigious too(:P). I represented my state there. I have also represented my city in lots of quiz competitions.
-Admin of a Facebook page based off the “Humans of New York”. It has around 3-4k likes. Nothing too special, but I guess it looks nice.
  • College Prefect.
-Won some city level scrabble fests…
-I have never lost a debate, but then, I haven’t done a lot of them either :P. I’ve won 4 debates, and that also includes a zonal level debate competition.

I intend on majoring in something public-policy related or econ.
Please chance me for UChic Tufts, Harvard, Princeton, Brown, Northwestern!

Would my chances get noticeable better if my score goes>1500?
Also, could you all please advise me on colleges where I have a great (40-50 percent) chance.
