Haha, guess I'm the only one who was willing to read your thread. I think that your scores are amazing. I dont think you would have a problem getting into those schools.

I think you have made a good list for yourself. You have a good mix of reaches/matches/safeties, and I think you have a good shot at all the schools on your list.

if you want college suggestions.....what are you looking for in a college? also, don't assume any ivy to be a match (cornell), esp w/ rank outside of top 5

Karl, I don't make naive or conceited assumptions. I looked at Cornell's stats and compared them to mine, and judged that it is a high match for me. I am in no way guaranteeing that I will get into Cornell or anything.

Besides, rank is arbitrary. At my old school, I would have been top few students out of 500, but now I might only be top 10-15 out of 130 (which is fine with me, I am just illustrating my point).

I think that everything you listed is good, especially the academics portion of your statistics. However, I would recommend leadership positions. Colleges don't want to see that you are in multiple clubs, they would rather you are in a few clubs, but are very dedicated to them.

can u answer my post about biology ecs? thanks

THanks for the advice hereicome. I would say that I am not in clubs just for the sake of being in them. I only choose the clubs I love or am genuinely interested in and I am active in all of them. I am a Relay for Life leader, but nothing else since the leadership positions tend to be popularity contests.

I don't even know what biology ecs is, sorry!
