Schools that are on my list (subject to change and/or narrowed down):
Indiana Univ
Purdue
Univ of Michigan
Rochester
Univ of Pittsburgh
Case Western
Notre Dame
Carnegie Mellon
Vanderbilt
Emory
Georgia Tech
Haverford
Northwestern
Rice
Cornell
Penn
Amherst

If you could please tell me my chances for these schools, that would be great. Also, I plan to major in engineering, pre-med, or business, but could change in the future. Thanks once again for all the help.

also, I scored 214 on the PSAT (definately commended, possibly semifinalist)- cutoff for Indiana last year was 213

You have really strong academic stats and you're ECs are good.

I'd say
Indiana Univ - I don't know about this school, but my guess is its a match/safety
Purdue - Safety/Match
Univ of Michigan - Match/Low Reach
Rochester - Rochester? U of Roch? Roch Tech? I'm going to guess U of R - Match
Univ of Pittsburgh - Safety/Match
Case Western - Match
Notre Dame - Match/Low Reach
Carnegie Mellon - Match/Low Reach
Vanderbilt - Low Reach
Emory - Low Reach
Georgia Tech - Match
Haverford - Low Reach/Reach
Northwestern - Low Reach/Reach
Rice - Low Reach
Cornell - Reach
Penn - Reach
Amherst - Reach

I'd guess you get into all the matches, half the low reaches, and at least one reach.

Have you looked into U Chicago, Duke, or Johns Hopkins? They would be reaches, but worth considering and I wouldn't be surprised if you were accepted to one.

You seem to be all over the place as to where you are applying. You listed both LACs and Universities. You have midwest, northeast, and south. Unless you have enough money to apply to all these places, you should cut a few of the similar ones out. I think you have a strong mix of reaches and matches though.

Good Luck.
