Okay, ill just give u my info and the colleges im looking at. Just please tell your best guess in a percentage(or personal preference of ranking) if I will get into each college. Tanks!

Info:

White, Male, Junior, from New Jersey, probably Engineering major
3.95 unweighted, 5.90 weighted, 5 out of 350 class rank
10 AP classes
760 math, 720 reading, 700 writing
SAT II's in June, (Physics, Literature, Math2)

Extracurriculars: Soccer (2 years varsity, captain of #20 ranked club team in nation), Math League, Science League, Physics Olympics, National Latin Exam Gold Medalist x3 (lol?), job at golf course

actually i have Rutgers as my safety, which im pretty sure ill get into and will probably get a scholarship. If I get into none of those schools, ill go to rutgers. If i dont get into rutgers, ill go to community college.

Cornell: easy match (maybe depending on which school you apply to)
CMU: safety
Hopkins: match
Duke: slight reach (agree)
Maryland: safety
Princeton: yeah pretty big reach

Well Cornell is actually my number one school (early decision) and im looking to go into engineering... or maybe business. Would it still be a match if i applied to one of those schools?

Cornell - Reach
Carnegie Mellon - High Match
Johns Hopkins - Low Reach
Duke - High Match/ Low Reach
Maryland - Match
Princeton - Extremely high reach

I would say that if you choose bme for jhu then it becomes a definite reach...but in general:
cornell: reach
cmu: match/high match
jhu: high match/low reach
duke: low reach
maryland: match (not safety at all if oos)
princeton: very very high high reach!

you need to expand your ecs to cover your area of interest, whether that be engineering or business. Also, don't just have one safety...find more schools that you would love to go to, but are easier to get into.

I like JHU and Cornell about the same...which do you guys think i should apply to for early admission? Also, what other suggestions for schools do you guys have for me?
