Please chance me

I'm currently a freshman in a tier 1 top 25 LAC's and im looking to transfer next yr to the following schools. My current GPA is sumwhere near 3.75 (I'm taking two 200 level courses one in Econ which is my intended major and the other in English, along with Math Calc 101 and a CORE course) and hopefully I should be able to keep it up if not improve...my SAT's are not that great I got a 660 in Math, 620 in Critical Reading and 660 in Writing. My Ib score was 34 and im not worried about my EC's I have a lot of amazingly good EC's from high school...nd im involved in a lot of college clubs/volunteering programs as well...
I'm looking at the following schools

Liberal Arts/College of arts and sciences
UPenn
Columbia
University of Chicago
Cornell
Georgetown
Dartmouth
Northwestern

I can give SAT again in January but do these schools even consider SAT given in college? How else can i improve my chances?
Thanx in advance for your input.

what was your HS GPA? Those schools are going to look at that. Your SATs look weak for those schools, which hurts. Also, are you an ethnic minority, any amazing abilities?

You don't have a college gpa, you're a 1st semester freshman, and while it's easy to estimate your gpa, we're only halfway through the semester.

also, you didn't mention your HS gpa, and since you're applying for soph transfer, they're going to look at HS a lot, including your SAT's, which are really low for the schools you're thinking of. They all sound like reach schools, I mean 4/7 are Ivy league and the other 3 are really competitive. You might want to add some match/safeties to the list, because they all look like huge reaches. but it's hard to say because you didn't mention your HS gpa - I'm guessing you did well in HS since you got into a top LAC?

Actually I'm an international student from India...
And i didnt have a high school GPA since i did IGCSE (International general certificate of secondary education) and then IB (International Baccalaureate)
