<p>I am sure you'll get in and in the Honors program too. You have the minimum GPA and there is a minimum score each for Math and Verbal. You can check what it is on their website. If you are sure VT is the one for you then sure apply ED. Otherwise you can wait for RD and you won't have any problem. You won't have to wait very long. You have to apply to the Honors progam after being accepted. But around February/March the Honor program will contact you and let you know that you are Honor material.</p>
