<p>You sound good on paper. That should get you into the top stack. Then, your essays will determine the final outcome. Really do your best on them. Good luck! Nothing is a sure thing. They might need a tuba player instead of someone with your credentials. Just depends on who else is applying and what slots they can fill.</p>

<p>Nice, but pretty generic. Problem is, there are scores of applicants like this and to stand out you need something unique which I see missing. But maybe your essays can help there.</p>

<p>Definitely a great shot. I had lower scores than you on the standardized tests and had a lower rank than you. I also did research (Intel and Siemens Semifinalist) and was accepted with an early write admission for regular decision with an extra email from the admissions office saying how much they enjoyed my passion for research and science. Question though, how is your weighted GPA lower than your unweighted? Your GPA is my only concern but your school probably just has grade deflation.</p>
