* Made High Performance A1 Volleyball (freshmen year): Basically, there are tryouts nationwide, and the top 40 players are selected, only top ten in my position/age group get to go.
* Made High Performance A1 Continental Team (sophomore year): Means that I wasn't good enough to be in the top 40, dropped one level down, now am one of the top 50-60 players in the nation in my age group/top 12-14 in my position.

Note: I am not going to be recruited to play volleyball in college because I am way too short. In my position, colleges look for recruited players to be at least 6' tall, preferably around 6' 2'', but I am 5' 9'', around half a foot too short.

I am planning to apply to the ivies, Stanford, MIT, and some accelerated med programs, if you guys could tell me how I look, I would really appreciate it. I am especially curious about the accelerated med programs because I do not know what they really look for or how competitive they are.

Also if I am missing anything, please tell me. It's my first time really posting much on this site.

anyone want to chance me?

Wow, looks really good. Of course the ivies are a crapshoot, but I would say you have a decent chance. I would maybe retake the SAT and try to get 2300, but your score is still very good. It seems like you are dedicated to volleyball, and the captain position will really help. If you haven’t written your essays yet I would definitely write about the leadership skills volleyball has taught you.

yeah I don’t think I’d be much help in chancing you, I really don’t know much about the college admittance process. Sorry about that, I didn’t know it was the policy to exchange chancing.
