Please chance him for:
MIT
Harvard
Other ivys

Come on people help my friend out! PLEASE I offer pie

MIT/Harvard–MAYBE. Those are toss-ups, always, but this is definitely a VERY strong student with great EC’s.

Prob will get into at least a FEW Ivy’s, especially some of the lower ones or the ones with high(er) acceptance rates, like Cornell.

YAY! Thanks that’s awesome to hear anyone else?

That GPA/Rank will make it really tough for Ivies. Harvard and MIT are almost out of the question.

:( Does isef and published novel not help at all?

The novel could be a hook. It also helps a lot that he got a 790 on the English Lit SAT II, which is one of the hardest.

So what do you think should he apply or would it just be a waste of time?

Intel/USAMO are impressive awards. Math Level II is a little low, but idt it will be a significant factor. He should definitely apply – and he’s a minority??! He should definitely apply to these schools haha.

^AWESOME thank you! :)
