Honestly, if I were you I would not worry!

I agree with Kcombs. You are a very strong candidate. I would be shocked if you didn’t get in EA. Good luck:)

If you love Notre Dame and want to be there…you should start packing for next year on campus!

Wow you really are a strong candidate. Unless you did something crazy with your application they’d be foolish not to accept you.

Thanks everyone! I guess I’ll find out super soon! Hope y’all are right!

LOL - Little Sisters of the Poor! If I were the adcon I would admit you on that alone! Outstanding resume.

Haha why just on that?
I guess it does help that I worked with a CATHOLIC organization haha
And thanks!

Well, it’s really not all that funny I suppose but to give you some insight on why this just tickled me to death is because I played a lot of sports all through school. Everytime we played someone bad, the coaches, in an attempt to guard against overconfidence, would invariably spout something like, “Men, these guys are down this year but they’re not the Little Sisters of the Poor! Now go kill 'em!” And then we would go out and kill them like they actually were the Little Sisters of the Poor. You hear it on TV all the time too.

So, the Little Sisters of the Poor is of practically mythical proportions for me (don’t know if I said that right but you get the idea, I’m sure) because it represents the most forelorn and woe-be-gone that one can imagine. And now to actually have “met” someone that’s had a real affiliation with that organization, it’s like, cool. As I said, there’s nothing really funny about it, I understand this is about people helping people in serious need.

Your community service and extracurricular activities are outstanding. With ND being catholic I can’t imagine that they would overlook all of the service that you have done. I wish you all the best. Please Chance me on…Please Chance Me EA

I would voter you in with your 33 ACT plus all of those EC’s. My sister is also applying EA with a 33 ACT. Hopefully you both get in.

FYI. I’m a class of 2013 ND student!

thank you all for your responses!! I got my acceptance letter today and couldn’t be more thrilled!

Btw - GOOD LUCK TO YOUR SISTER! Maybe I’ll see her there next year!

She got in too!!! She’s alot more thrilled than I am.

Congrats to her!! :)
