PLEASE: Chances for CUNY Macaulay Honors College (at Baruch, City, or Hunter)

OK, so I have this huge dream of attending college in NYC. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that this probably won't be possible without financial assistance (before it probably would've been, but there've been money troubles lately)... Unfortunately, my dad's income is so high that I probably will get 0 FAFSA help... Even with the recent serious money troubles, because that would be my luck... Anyway, one of the schools I was already interested in was the Macaulay Honors College at CUNY. And it would be AMAZING to get in because FREE tuition!!! That would solve my troubles... But I know it's pretty competetive.

Anyway... Sorry for the spiel. Here's my stats:

The cunys are definitely in for you

if you take, and do well on, one more SAT II, and raise that math score to 700, you even have a shot at some of the ivies

then again, in our school...we are affiliated with hunter college, so its basically a guaranteed in

and if youre ABSOLUTELY amazing in art, you should apply to Cooper Union for the Advancement of Art and Science

all applicants that get accepted receive full 4-year free tuition

but, about 80% of their admission decision is based on your portfolio and home test

CU seems like a cool school, but they don't have my major.

Thanks though :)

If you get 700+ in every subject of SAT I (preferably around 730+ in each), you have a good shot at columbia university
