<p>If I got into all those schools, I'd pick one of Washington, UCLA, UIUC based on personal factors.</p>
<p>^I'd take out UCLA and pick UT Austin.</p>
<p>I'm a computer engineering student and UIUC would be a great choice if you don't mind being in the middle of nowhere. I considered it before going to Madison. No regrets. </p>
<p>Since you're in California, have you taken weather conditions into account? I know a lot of people (myself included) who relocated from the west coast and can't get used to the four seasons (especially winter).</p>
<p>Is there a reason you aren't considering Stanford or Cal? </p>
<p>From your list I would choose Madison, UCLA, and UT in no specific order but you can't really go wrong with any of the options you mentioned.</p>
