Please Compare&Contrast Howard and Spelman

<p>My family doesn't have the money to send me to visit these two schools but I really want to attend one of them.I would hate to show up the first day of school and hate it for the next four years. I've been crying all week because there's a 98% chance that I'll end up staying in state. I'm taking the last of m x-mas gift money to finish my application for Howard....</p>

<p>I've read everything there is to read about these two schools online but can you guys compare+contrast them? Which would you go to if you couldn't visit either? What are these schools like? Teachers? Kids? Thanks for answering if anyone does.</p>

<p>You will have a great experience at either. I think for myy daughter I would say Spelman only because of the female college experience.</p>
