Okay so Basically I wanted to know how I stack up academically for Harvard --> with specific comments you guys have on my unweighted and weighted averages. I go to a pretty difficult private school and so I was kind of concerned about these averages in grade 10 and 9 only. *These grades are what would go on my transcript

SAT II: 800, 790, 780
SAT: 2400
APs: Taken 7 APs thus far, 5s on all of them

So how do I stack up for Harvard academically. It may seem like a foolish question, but I realize how competitive it is to get in and the hard work that tons of applicants put in every year to their studies.

NOTE: my guidance counsellor plans on submitting a ranking of 1 (due to my high grades in gr. 11) to my universities of choice, so I suppose my transcript grades (above) are what im worried about as oppose to my final rank.

your grades seem fine to me. My only concern is your course rigor. Does your school offer no AP or honors classes? or did you just not post them?
Also, how is your weighted GPA lower than your UW GPA freshmen and sophomore year?

O yea my school offers AP or honors classes I jut didnt type em out

i have taken 7 aps so far and plan on taking 3 more next year

6 of those 7 have been taken at school and one was self studied.

I go to school in Canada so it might be a little different in terms of UW and W GPA. My UW GPA incorporates classes like business, and civics for instance (which aren’t part of my weighted average).

It’s hard to believe that different people both have a 2400 on the SAT, 800, 780, and 790 on the subject tests, and got almost exactly the same percentages and rank in almost the same classes. Plus you both used “nervous” in the title.

If you are the same person, I’ll post a similar message to what I told you on your other threads. You have amazing chances because of both your accomplishments and being African American. You will certainly get in somewhere great. There is no need to post threads on every top college’s message board and under multiple aliases.

Wait have you or have you not taken the SATs? And do not guess your grades. Your past grades show an A or A- trend. Do not assume you will get majoritively A+s next year if you have yet to even take the courses.

Unless the teachers give nearly the same grades to everyone, I find it hard to believe you’re different people.

Plus, their standardized test scores are 100% indentical.

From other thread:

“SAT I: 2400
SAT II: Math 1 - 790 European History -800 Biology - 780”

This thread:

“SAT II: 800, 790, 780
SAT: 2400”

No way two people on an Internet forum who post within one day of each for the first time have the same rank, same GPA (to the tenth of a percent), same classes, same extremely rare SAT score, and the exact same SAT Subject Test scores on all three tests.
