I dont know about UCSD
In for UMKC and great chances at the rest... its a shame that I have to compete with you because you will definitely take one of the interview spots at each of those programs.

decent chances except brown and northwestern

Very very solid chances. Your academics are stellar, and will warrant at least an interview at some of the programs. Northwestern is getting harder I think, and it has been confirmed that they are cutting seats. Next year I believe. Good luck, and remember that this process isn't just about stats. I had decent stats, not as good as yours, but my essays and passion for medicine probably helped me get interviews. Really work on your essays and think hard about why you want to do medicine, more than the superficial "I like helping people" or "I like science." Be unique, be unusual, be YOU. Good luck.

xxfishxx, what are your 2 self designed independent projects?

Are all the schools you're applying to have the BA/MD program? Anways, u could get into any of those schools with you're stats

man, what does it take to get into brown or northwestern if these stats aren't enough...

I'm also going to be applying to a lot of these colleges, but my stats right now are far below your level. good luck, I'm sure you'll get into plenty of these programs.
