Hey everyone Im new to this website, so I hope im doing this right! Anyways Seven month ago in April I moved to the state North Carolina. During the summer of living here I became extremely interested in the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, but because I had just moved here I missed the due date to submit an application. I am now currently attending Sandhills Community College for my freshman year, I am majoring in Fine Arts, and I’m really hoping to transfer to UNC Chapel hill as a sophomore next school year. I was dual enrolled during my my senior year of high school, and made all high As and one high B. Taking up the extra was difficult but was worth it, I am now a semester ahead, and have been told I stand a good chance of getting accepted.

I know it isnt necessary to get a letter of rec as a transfer student but I was told it was still recommended and I have a college professor from last year as who is more then willing to write me one. This page is for first year students but does it still work the same for transfer students? As in submiting your letter of rec.
