<p>i dont really get this... id expect that more people would pick UC Berkeley over UVa... ranking wise, Berkeley is higher than UCLA and UVa... not only that, most programs in Berkeley rival those of Ivy league universities... so please explain this to me... why would people pick UVa over UC Berkeley? is it because of its very liberal reputation (more of misconception)?</p>
