<p>I saw my Dartmouth Admissions status page.</p>
<p>Secondary School Report missing.</p>
<p>I called them.</p>
<p>They told me that they have NOTHING from me. They just have my common application sent via internet.</p>
<p>NOTHING ELSE.</p>
<p>I'd sent it all in one package on December 15th. I have a signature proof of delivery that says they received it successfully. </p>
<p>WHOLE APPLICATION LOST.</p>
<p>They said they're done processing EVERY PIECE OF MAIL THEY GOT. </p>
<p>I have no more copies of the stuff I'd sent them. No more teacher recs etc. I can't possibly send it again.</p>

<p>Unless you are in a very unusual position, of course it can be sent again. In the first place, YOU should not be sending your records, your school should. </p>
<p>Assuming that you are still attending school, go into your guidance office first thing tomorrow morning, explain the situation, and request that they FAX a copy of your transcript, GC rec, teacher recs--whatever they have copies of--immediately. If they don't have copies of the teacher recs, go to the teachers who wrote your recs and request that they give them to the guidance office to be faxed to D. </p>
<p>If you aren't still attending school, CALL first thing tomorrow morning and do the same thing.</p>
<p>Obviously, you should provide the fax number and so forth.</p>
<p>And also make sure that your GC calls the school and tells them what you just told us.</p>
<p>I just noticed elsewhere that you are international. If faxing is an issue--although I can't see why it would be--then see if you can get the documents scanned and emailed as an attachment. It probably would be a good idea to also send hard copies via Federal Express or DHL or an equivalent service as backup. Let the admissions people at D know what you are doing.</p>

<p>Go to the common app website, if you have not done so, put in the secondary school information for your recommendations for the counselors and teachers including their e-mail address. Your GC/teachers will get an e-mail to submit the information through the common app. S/he can simply upload your transcript, recommendation letters, school profile. They can fill out the check off boxes, and e-sign the form.</p>
<p>You can also look at your common app, to see what has been sent .</p>
