Please give me advice on AP's

Please:
Rate Difficulty : 1-10 (Please rate based on average difficulty felt by peers and yourself)
Short Descriptions: (Lots of reading, writing, lecture and practice, etc? What can I expect to be the daily thing in this class)
What prep book you used to prepare for the exam
Recommendations, comments, etc.

AP Statistics (Is this really hard? I have gotten so many mixed opinions on this)

AP Calc AB and BC (Not sure which one I will take, I consider myself an 8.5/10 at math if 5 is average and 10 is genius.)

AP Spanish Language (Not native speaker, but decent at Spanish, I want to take this to get out of spanish in college)

AP Bio(I feel like this is a gimme AP)

AP Psych

Also, I was contemplating these a little, but I want to get opinions on them.

AP Euro History
AP Lit (I take Lang right now and am fine in it, but it is easier than Lit to most)
AP Physics C

APs which cover what may be a full year of material in college if accepted (sometimes needing a score of 5 to get a full year of placement or credit):

English Literature (often varies by college)
Calculus BC
Physics C Mechanics and E&M (although E&M is not that widely accepted)
Biology (though often not considered as rigorous as college biology, especially by medical schools)

APs which cover what is usually just a semester course in college:

English Language (often varies by college)
Calculus AB
Statistics
Psychology
Physics C Mechanics
Physics C E&M (though less widely accepted than Mechanics)

For foreign languages, many colleges have their own placement tests and procedures, though an AP score may initially suggest placement in a higher level than the first semester of the language (up to perhaps the fourth semester course, depending on the college).
