So this is my second chance thread, but I changed my list quite a bit so please give me some input.

What do you guys think of my chances at:

Vanderbilt ED 2 (I have legacy)
Georgetown (the college)
Notre Dame
Michigan
UNC Chapel Hill
UVA
Emory
Northwestern
Carnegie Mellon
WashU
Brown
NYU Stern
UChicago
Williams
Johns Hopkins

SAT= 1450 (740 Math, 710 CR); 2090 (640 Writing)--single sitting
(Vandy, Georgetown, Notre Dame, WashU, UChicago, and Williams don't look at SAT Writing)
SAT 2= 770 US History, 720 Math 1

UW GPA= 3.56
Weighted GPA= 5.13

Class Rank= 3/430 top 1% (at a competitive college prep charter school)

I had a very rigorous schedule (15 APs)

10th grade:
AP Env Science
AP Calculus AB
AP World History
(the rest were honors)

11th grade:
AP European History
AP U.S. History
AP Calculus BC
AP English Language
AP Chemistry
Physics Honors

12th grade:
AP Psychology
AP Government
AP English Lit
AP Art History
AP Physics C
AP Stats

ECs-
Started my own tutoring business 9th grade- generates $500/week, has been financially supporting my father throughout high school (I wrote my common app essay about this experience)

Co-Founder of Entrepreneurship Club

Captain of Quiz Bowl Team (individually ranked 5th in county)

Captain of History Bowl Team (individually ranked top 15 in county)

Captain of NHS Brain Brawl Team

Treasurer of Mu Alpha Theta

Assistant Manager at Quiznos Subs

9th grade- DECA Marketing District, State, and International Finalist (switched to a school with no DECA sophmore year)

My recs were amazing. I'd give my essays an 8.5/10

Gender/Race= Male/ White
State= FL

Please be as harsh as you need to be. I understand my UW GPA sucks, but I am hoping my Weighted GPA/Class Rank can slightly make up for it (as it takes course rigor into account). I am also re-taking the SAT in January in an attempt to get the writing section to a 700+. University of Florida is my backup, but do I have a chance at any of these out of state schools? Thanks!
