I was pretty disappointed to receive my subject test scores today.
Math II- 710
Literature- 690

The 690 in lit really kills me because I was scoring ~790 on practice tests. I should have canceled that score, I knew I wasn't confident with the test. As for the 710 in math, I know it's unimpressive for that test, but math is not my strong point so I'm not overly upset.

Here's the thing- my other scores are so much better so these really don't fit in with my application :/ I got a 2370 on the SAT and a 34 on the ACT. I'd send just my ACT score, but it's equivalent to a 2260 SAT, so I'm better off with my SAT scores...but not if I have bad subject test scores with it :[

So I guess my question is, how significantly do my poor subject test scores impact my otherwise strong application (at least regarding test scores)?

I think the impact will vary from school to school.

I also think that perhaps you might want to ask yourself a different question: Is there anything you can do to improve your scores, either by retaking the tests in the fall or by taking additional SAT Subject Tests?

I can’t remember whether it’s possible to get the answer sheets for the tests and see exactly what you did wrong, but if it is, you may want to do that. Reviewing your errors could help you to decide whether there is anything to gain by studying over the summer and taking the tests again.

Also, think about whether there are any other SAT Subject Tests that you could take. Many colleges give the greatest weight to the two highest scores.

Can you use Score Choice and just send the SATIIs that you’re happy with? Retake the Lit if you feel you can do better, and just send the new score.

Score Choice is still an option, isn’t it?
