PLEASE HELP, ACT score issue!

Hi,

I've applied to some top-tier schools (Penn, Chicago, Duke, etc.) and I'm not happy with my ACT scores. I cannot retake them anymore since decisions come out very soon. My highest composite is a 32 but my Feb 2012 score was a 30. The 30 was sent directly to all schools; how much will this drop in composite score hurt me? :/

Thank you in advance!

anyone? :/

Bucsfan, I doubt that it would seriously hurt your chances of getting in, especially if you have a well rounded application (high gpa, personal essays, outside activities) Most colleges will look at your highest score, and it is not as if there was a large discrepancy between your results. Also a 32 is a really good score, so do not be too concerned about your application.

Thank you SO much for your response. The rest of my application is still pretty strong; the only two areas in which I lack are ACT and awards. Hopefully I still have a chance!

Any other opinions would be greatly appreciated! :)
