First off, I'm under 21 and am a freshman looking to transfer. The other night I was drinking with some buddies. I got sick (I know irresponsible, and usually I'm not bad. I'm actually considering quitting drinking), and went to the bathroom. An R.A followed me into the bathroom and asked to see my ID. I asked him why and he told me that he just needed to see it and it was his job. So I took him down to my room and showed it to him. He took a picture of it and walked away and said you're being written up. Most of the time the R.A's are really cool and don't really care. I haven't received an official email regarding the incident, but am pretty nervous. I sort of think that the R.A was being unfair by lying to me, but also understand that it must be annoying for someone to throw up. Also the RA really has not proof that I was drinking (I mean I was drunk, but had nothing on me and was never Breathalyzed). I also talked to my upperclassman friends, and they told me that since it's a first offense it's like a freebie and that I'll get a slap on the wrist. Another one of my upperclassman friends also told me that I could go to the health center and complain about feeling sick and tell them that I threw up b/c I had the stomach flu.

Do I have to report this to the colleges I transfer to? What if I've already applied? I have never gotten in trouble like this. Hopefully nothing comes of it.
