I KNOW MY GRADES DROPPED A LOT IN MY JUNIOR YEAR DUE TO HARD CLASSES THAN BEFORE.

HERE ARE SCHOOLS I'M CONSIDERING

COLLEGE OF WILLIAM AND MARY
VIRGINIA TECH
VIRGINIA COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY
GEORGE MASON
GEORGETOWN
CORNELL
U. MICHIGAN
U. PITTSBURGH (I want to apply pre pharmacy for this one, but my chemistry grade is bad)
U. MARYLAND
NEW YORK UNIVERSITY

THANKS FOR READING. I HOPE I GET INTO SOME OF MY CHOICES.

Don't stress too much over it. Mason + VCU u would have a good chance I'd say. Your average junior year is not good for Michigan, since they only take the core classes of sophomore and junior years unweighted. Gradewise junior year, weighted is alrigh but unweighted is not. I'm not exactly sure how the VA schools look @ GPA, but UVA looks at it seriously. The SAT is good for W&M and V&T I dunno about UVA though you would probably want it higher along with grades, same with NYU + Cornell. I'm assuming UMD is College Park? Where do you volunteer, btw?

why aren't you taking your SATII? They might pull you in for some of those reach/match schools, especially NYU.

your personal statement is key!!! you need to have a tough senior schedule!! and try taking the test again. the admissions committees do not want to see a drop in grades. i have a friend who was 7th in our class had a 1450, 4.1 and clubs and all kinds of ec's and was rejected by cal, ucla, and usc because his grades droped. he went from averaging a 3.8 every semester to a 2.8 his junior year. you didnt fall that low. so dont stress. you have a shot at virginia tech, maybe uni. of north carolina-chappel hill. schools like that.

im an entering freshman at ucla. i researched all this crap so i know what im talking about. i also got into usc, georgetown, cornell, and all the uc's.
