Please help: chances into Cornell through ED

<p>Hello, I am thinking about doing ED to Cornell for the 2007-2008 school year.(probably to arts and sciences)
Feel free to make any comments and suggestions!!!</p>

<p>My SAT score: 640 Verbal, 700 Math, 680 Writing (planning to take one more in October)
SAT II: Korean with listening 800
US HIstory: 670
Math LEvel 2: 690
Biology-M: 500
(planning to take math and bio again in november)</p>

<p>My GPA: 3.82 UnWeighted 4.10 Weighted
I am at app. 14% of my class at High school.</p>

<p>I have taken 3 APs so far and planning to take 3 APs and 1 Honors next year during senior year.</p>

<p>Extracurriculars:
Marching band for 4 years (section leader for alto sax)
Volunteered at Little company of mary hospital for 2 years
Volunteered at Bay Crest Care center for 2 years
Part of the Gem-Set program of Univ.of Illinois-at chicago
Multicultural club for 2 years (secretary)
CSF Tutoring for 1 year </p>

California Scholarship Foundation (CSF)
Music Honors Award
National Honor Roll</p>

<p>Cornell is definitely a reach for you. You are going to have to write excellent essays, and even then, your chances aren't good. Your class rank and SAT/SAT II are all significantly lower than the Cornell mean.</p>
