Sadly I have around a 2.5 GPA. like 2.4-2.7 :(
My SAT is 1700.
I have cross country for 2 years and track for 3 years. I have 100+ community service hours, youth and government, involved with the YMCA(community service), photographer of the Spanish Club at my school.
I'm first generation, low income, Indian.

I want to know my chances on Penn State Hazleton(my number 1 school), University of Wisconsin @ Milwaukee, Arizona State, University of Arizona.

I live in California.

On the collegeboard website, a majority of the student in Penn State Hazleton have a GPA from 2.0-2.4, and they have a high acceptance rate. I've asked some people before and they said I wouldn't get in, and I wasn't sure if they knew what they were talking about.
Please respond!! Give me tips, suggestions, different colleges.

Ps. Community College is not an option.

Thanks So Much!!
