I have to choose classes for Junior year and i would like your opinions if you have taken them or know enough to help me.

Here's what i am planning to take:

AP English
Ap Us History
Honors Pre Calc
AP Physics
3-D Design 1 (For the arts credit)
Ap Environmental (Not so bought on this but its an ap, and i heard its easy)

Any who have taken one of these please help me so i can be ready coming into the classes.

So far for first semester now (to show how i might do in these classes)

Programming: A
Honors Chem: B
Honors English: A
Honors Algebra 2: A
AP Euro: A
Spanish 5-6 C : A

I was thinking of taking AP Psych instead of Environmental but idk for sure.

I have only taken a couple of the classes. Honors precalc (currently in) is a breeze. Just a mix of algebra 2 and trig, except a little more advanced. Apush is easy also. You will just have to study a lot. For the record though, the AP test sucks a huge one.

If your school offers a higher-level Spanish class, I would take that instead of APES. If you really wanted to choose either psych or environmental, it all depends on what you’re interested in. Both involve chemistry, and both require lots of independent reading/learning. Environmental also has some bio, physics, etc. while in psych, chem is pretty much the only science discussed.

Colleges want to see kids taking a language all 4 years of high school. This is because it’s the only skill that most kids have no background in when they start. I would stick with Spanish for at least one more year.
