Please help! College still has not downloaded my transcript/rec :(

<p>On the commonapp, CSU still has not downloaded my transcript/counselor report/teacher rec.</p>

<p>It has been about a full week now...I'm starting to get worried..
When I submitted my other teacher rec about a month earlier they downloaded the next day so I have no clue why they haven't downloaded. </p>

<p>Can someone shed some light on the situation or give advice?</p>

<p>Also if I need to contact the college, do I contact the admissions office or my specific area's rep?</p>

<p>It happens, especially at the bigger schools. A month ago, things were slow, then a week before Nov. 1, it gets crazy, and many schools take up to 2 weeks to get around to matching up email, electronic apps, and regular mail.</p>

<p>But certainly call.</p>
