PLEASE HELP! Columbia ED chances?

GPA: 102.8

Rank: 1/770

June SAT- 2060: 620 Critical Reading, 680 Math, 760 Writing
(Side note, the October SAT results are not out yet, so I'm not sure how much I improved but I definitely did improve for the Math and Critical Reading at least)

SAT II USH- 720
(I'm taking Math II in November)

Awards: NHS, AP Scholar with honor
Curriculum: All classes were honors; sophomore year had 1 AP, junior year had 3 APs and I currently have 4 APs

(Don't know if these are important)
AP World: 5
APUSH: 5
AP English Lang: 4
AP Bio: 3

ECs: (Just to sum it up because we only can list 10 activities on the common app)
1. President of UNICEF Club- 4 years with 250+ hours
2. Model UN- 3 years
3. Math Team- 4 years
4. Secretary of a doctor's office (worked each summer)
5. School Leadership (it's a class / organization) - 3 years
6. Volunteer at a library with 100+ hours
7. Worked at a local government office (these offices are unique to NYC)
8. School Literary Magazine- Helped decide which entries would make the magazine
9. Tutored students biology throughout high school (got volunteer hours for it)
10. Social Inventors- worked with a social worker on an experiment
11. School Newspaper (& I may hold a position this year)

I also was a member of random clubs, but I did not feel like that was important.
I want to major in history, human rights or political science.
I'm from NYC and I'm low-income but white.
I know it's a reach, but do I even stand a chance if I can bring my SAT to around a 2200 super scored?

Please anyone help!!!

Okay, well do you guys think I should apply? Or not bother? lol

You seem pretty solid to me. Your final SAT, math SAT II and essays will hopefully seal the deal.
good luck1

Thank you for your response! Any other opinions?
