<p>Thanks for reading. Under common app, teacher recommendation form, two of my teachers' statuses say submitted, yet one teacher's says Started: 11/18/2011. Does this mean that my last teacher has to submit the form before colleges can download it? What happens if he has started the form but has not submitted it; will colleges not be able to download it? <p>If that status shows as Started, your teacher has not yet submitted the school forms. Colleges will not be able to download the forms until the teacher submits the required school form on your behalf.</p>
