Please help!! Did they mess up on scoring my exam?

I just got my AP scores back and I was pretty happy with them except for one.

Apparently I got a 1 in Biology???

I don't see how this can be! Getting a 1 would mean I didn't try whatsoever! And this is incredibly inconsistent with my SAT Subject Test - Biology M. I got a 690 on the SAT II.

How can I possibly have gotten a 1???!!

I know that you can ask them to rescore your MC, but is there any way for them to rescore the entire test? I get the feeling that they completely screwed up.

I’m desperate. Bumping this.

They don’t rescore the entire test. Maybe they lost your free response thing.

Rescore isn’t a word?

So there is absolutely no way for them to rescore the entire test?

And I think whenever you type re"anything" that the correct way to type it is re-“word”. Who knows though ¯_(ツ)_/¯

They probably messed up, but they can’t rescore your FRQ.

What was your grade in the class? They rescore your multiple choice and also recalculate your score with the free response. It is possible your score was calculated without the free response section or the mc

According to AP pass…

If you did alright on the MC… (60%)

and got 0’s on all FRQ’s then you would get a 1.

Have your test re scored

I barely received a B in the course. I got C’s for the first three quarters, but I worked extremely hard to get an A in the last quarter so I would get a B. I should also note that on the first day of school my teacher told us all that we would fail the exam. So in the end I basically ended up self studying for the exam.

Thank you, I didn’t realize that they could have only counted one portion of the exam and this would be clarified upon rescoring. Thanks, again!

I will be getting my exam rescored.
