<p>So I recently applied to Virginia Tech's early decision and when talking with friends I full got what binding meant. I didn't read it earlier because I didn't think that. My question is what if I don't provide the $400 dollars, do i still have to go to VT? I don't know if I will get accepted but I just want to be sure about it before the deadline. Any thought?</p>
<p>Call the admissions office and request that your application not be considered for ED but for regular decision. They’ll redirect the application.</p>
