I really, really want to thank my awesome teachers for putting in the time to finish my recommendations. What kind of presents do you think I should give them? Some helpful descriptions: one is a male Alg. 2/Trig teacher, the other is a female AP Language teacher.

I’m considering chocolate, a thank-you note, and markers (because teachers seem to always run out) at the moment.

Give them an apple.

I always hear lotion being brought up as a gift for female teachers.(and male teachers to a lesser extent…)

I’m burning a CD for one teacher.

I’d suggest something small and maybe homemade. There could be rules against giving your teachers gifts that cost more than a certain dollar amount. (It’s $5 at my school I think). Can you bake? Maybe bake some cookies or other treats and get a cool plate or platter to put them on.

I usually do mini sanitizers, packs of gum, Tic Tacs, and ChapStick for all of my teachers.

Get a nice candle for your AP Lang teacher and something coffee related for your Alg 2 teacher. Include a nice hand-written card with each. Such things always make nice gifts. :)

Thanks for the input, guys! :D
