I have to decide today. So please answer this.

Financially, for Case, I have to take 12k in loans and 17k for U of Minn.

Academically, I want to go for the BS degree in Neuroscience(this is "the" subject for me) and medicine afterwards. While U of M offers neuroscience, Case doesn't. It offers cognitive science(not that interested since Biology takes a backseat later on) and Biomed. engineering(but I'm a little skeptical about this since I haven't always been really good at Maths which is a prerequisite for engineering).

Ranking wise, of course Case is higher on the list. But isn't it true that it's going down every year while U of M is climbing up?

Both schools are good for me but the thing is that the general feel of U of M feels better. I also read on wikipedia that Case's student body is the 19th unhappiest in the nation. so, this has me extremely confused. Please help me decide, and fast.
