PLEASE HELP - how to upload school forms as a transfer

<p>Hi,
I am a freshman at Columbia University and am applying to transfer. The professors I asked to write recommendations have already done so, but now I do not know how to invite them to upload their recommendations or fill out the required school forms. One of the schools I am applying to is Penn, and their website just says to "submit through common application" all the School forms. The school forms on the Common App include the mid term report, college report, and teacher evaluation, but when I click on them I can only see a pdf. Please, please help me out!! I really need to figure out how my teachers and dean are supposed to send in their recommendations!

<p>For transfer applicants the CA is hardcopy and snail mail only, not electronic uploading. Please use the Search function for ‘LOR’ and you will find many threads where I have responded to inquiries about how to send forms.</p>
