Please help! I got some problemin filling FAFSA form

There are questions that make me confused in filling FAFSA form:(Please only reply if you know the answer and I'm 19).

1."When did you become a legal resident?" Id it the day I started living in my state or one year after that?

2."Do you want to skip about parrents' assets?" Is it ok to skip?

3."For 2012, have you completed your IRS incometax return or another tax return" Is it ok to state "Not going to file"? Because i'm my parrents' depentdent; I have no income so I think that I don't have to complete IRS. Is it right?

4."Do you want to skip about your assets? Is it ok to skip? Since I'm my parrents' dependent.

Please answer ASAP.

The day you started living in your state.

Yes, you can skip the asset question unless you get a prompt telling you that your state grant program requires asset information.

You can say not going to file if you are not required by law to file (and it sounds like you probably are not - see [Internal Revenue Service](http://www.irs.gov) to be sure; search “Do I have to file a tax return?”).

4> You can skip your assets, same as #2.

Thank you so much. :)
