I've already taken my third SAT I, and my counselor doesn't suggest taking it any more times because colleges look down on it (whether it's true or not I don't know, but my parents are following his advice).

My question is in terms of the top-tier liberal arts schools such as Amherst and Williams, can excellent SAT II's compensate for below range SAT I scores along with a good resume and EC's?

my stats are
- SAT I:
1930 (New SAT)
1300 (Old SAT)
700 Math
630 Writing
600 Critical Reading

SAT II:
780 Physics
780 Math II
700 Literature
(Amherst and Williams only require two SAT II's, so I'm assuming they'll take my top two and disregard Literature.)

Any feedback is much appreciated, thank you =).
