Please help: I'm a sophomore!

Ok before I get started, please do not answer stating that Ivy League colleges don’t necessarily look at your ecs, sports, grades, sat, Etc but your personality. I have heard that enough. Now let’s get back to the point. I am currently a sophomore taking this:
Algebra 2
English 2
Chemistry
Spanish 2
US 1
Art
As of right now, I am having excellent grades on all subjects BUT MATH. In the beginning of the year, I screwed up in the first quarter. Because of this screw up it is now mathematically impossible for me to get into honors pre calculus junior year, no matter how high my grades are. Since I won’t be able to take honors percalc, I won’t be able to take ap chem or ap physics. Although I am eligible for ap bio, my app might get rejected because I took bio in another school( I transferred for sophomore year) however, the only ap I will be taking is apush. My school doesn’t offer honors physics, just reg physics. There aren’t any Spanish honors. I will be at a major disadvantage compared to other students when it comes to college admissions (a lot of kids take so man honors classes; many are en route to full ap by junior year. Unfortunately for me, I’ll be taking only apush) the good is that I’ll be able to take full ap by senior year. Unfortunately, colleges only look at your freshman, sophomore, and junior year. Am I screwed in the college admissions? Will I never be accepted to an ivy? What can I do? By the way I forgot to mention English: I had the chance to take ap Lang, but since I transferred from a bad high school my grades in sophomore English right now aren’t sufficient enough. (Need an a, not b+)
