Hey Everyone,
What do you think is the best book that I can get to help me improve my math scores on the SAT?
The last time I took the PSAT I got a 1490.
Thanks!

Barron's guide to the SAT 23rd edition has a solid guide on the math portion, although it's practice tests are terrible, the material it has is great.

Do not get the Princeton Review math workout book. Go with the Barron's math book. The lessons in Barrons are explained in great detail and they make it easy to understand. I used it to improve my math scores.

I have Kaplan and it is pretty bad.

Anyone else?

Grammatix .

Barrons for studying. The tests, however, are not an accurate portrayal of the actual PSAT. Princeton is more accurate. Good Luck!

For math, I would go with grubers. It is the best book I have Ever used.

I agree with Nice_try09. Barrons for studying, Princeton for practice tests. Barron's practice tests will only freak you out about your score. And even if you're doing great on their practice tests, you may not do great on the real test.
