I was just told that I had to get at least all Bs in all my classes to be able to transfer to UCSD. (I'm already accepted as an Econ major) is that true????? I'm shocked

You do not have to get all Bs at say MIT or Cal Tech, all you have to do is get Bs at a CCC. I would hide my head in shame if there any classes at any CCC that I could not get a B in and I am a stroke survivor.

Look on your provisional contract.

I’ve read UCSD’s provisional contract and it said you have to report anything less than a “C” or if your Spring GPA falls below a 2.0 (JUST your Spring GPA). Also, your cumulative GPA should not fall below a 3.0

just dont fail any class

Differential equations is challenging anywhere.

@OP

You need at least a 3.0 average, and nothing lower than a C.
