<p>stamping the envelope means when you give a teacher a recommendation form, also give the teacher a preaddressed envelope that has a stamp on it. Teachers don't make much and if they had to come up with postage for every student they write a recommendation for it would make teachers very unhappy and cost them too much money. Don't forget to write a thank you note to your recommenders & guidance counselor after the application process is done too!</p>
