Please help me choose universities?

<p>I have applied to some top universities but I realize I need to have safeties. Can you please suggest the name of universities/colleges which meet the following criteria</p>

<p>1) have good engineering program
2) Offer aid and/or merit scholarship to international students
3) have a deadline on or later than 10 of Jan</p>

<p>I would really appreciate any suggestions.</p>

<p>Apply to some rolling places…I dunno about the merit aid though.</p>

<p>try WPI. places like Grinnell, Macalaster and Carleton have deadlines in mid January. they however do not have engineering - might want to try and pursue computer science or physics in those colleges.</p>

<p>That University of New Orleans place…you’d get a full-tuition scholarship if you applied fast (they’re rolling).</p>

Also how many will be willing to go there?
the university and its surroundings are in a really bad condition after Katrina and all.
Thats why they are giving that scholarship to attract people to come there.</p>
